Booking Information

1.Guarantee Police: 30% of room rate in weekdays and weekends, 100% of room rate during holidays and Lunar New Year.
2.If choose Method of wire transfer or ATM, please contact us after transferring to confirm your billing receipt.
3.Cancellation of booking within 14 days to arrival will subject to the following amount of guarantee to be forfeited:
   ● No show or cancel the reservations prior to arrival day will result 100%of first night room rate to be forfeited.
   ● Cancel 1 day prior to arrival will incur 80% of first night room rate as penalty.
   ● Cancel 2-3 days prior to arrival will incur 70% of first night room rate as penalty.
   ● Cancel 4-6 days prior to arrival will incur 60% of first night room rate as penalty.
   ● Cancel 7-9 days perior to arrival will incur 50% of first night room rate as penalty.
   ● Cancel 10-13 days perior to arrival will incur 30% of first night room rate as penalty.
   ● Cancel 14 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty charge.
4.Check-in time after 3:00 pm, Check-out time before 12:00 am.
